Market analysis

Total new helicopter sales has nearly trippled since 2000. Industry analysis predicts increases of 30-40% over the next 5 years before stabilizing. Current manufacturers are facing demand levels higher than production capacity, with some models not having availability for 18 to 24 months. The market related to our category of products represents 10% of the total helicopter market, or just over 1 billion per year.

C-LVL's main competitor (Robinson) in the ultra light helicopter market has built a little more than 400 airframe in 2003 and nearly 700 in 2004 according to their website.
We aim at capturing 5% of the market share of light observation aircraft in year 5.
